Medieval Orphan → Receives Geass

C.C. started as a medieval orphan or slave, rescued by a nun who granted her the power of Geass to make others love her. When that power became uncontrollable, the nun tortured C.C. to forcefully pass her Code—granting C.C. immortality.

Loneliness Through Centuries → Leader of the Geass Order

Over centuries, C.C. endured witch trials, wars, and betrayals without dying, deepening her despair. She rose to nominal leader of the Geass Order, but abandoned the organization after Princess Marianne’s death

Meeting Lelouch → Ally and Comrade-in-Arms

In Lelouch of the Rebellion, C.C. is rescued from Britannian captivity and contracts with Lelouch. She grants him his Geass and becomes a central ally and strategic advisor for the Black Knights. She actively protects Lelouch and pilots a Knightmare frame in battle.
